Your order will usually be delivered to you within 48 hours. Weekends and holidays may lead to slightly longer delivery times. In case of advance payment orders we will dispatched only after the payment has cleared our account. All cigars are carefully packaged in climate-controlled bags so that they will not dry up during transport.
Delivery within the EU: We will not charge the 19% VAT already included in the price, provided that as a European business costumer you can state your VAT ID number at checkout.
International deliveries: The responsible customs office may directly charge fees, customs duties and taxes for the delivery to foreign countries to the recipient. We will dispatch the goods tax-free, that is minus German VAT.
